RelationEdge launches in ANZ to serve growing local demand for Salesforce optimisation

May 2, 2019

Sydney – 2 May 2019 – RelationEdge®, a  Rackspace owned company and Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, today announced its expansion into ANZ to help deliver stronger business outcomes for customers by improving processes that leverage the Salesforce platform.

The rapidly growing application services portfolio is key to Rackspace’s strategy to accelerate the value of the cloud for customers at each phase of their digital transformation journey. Over the last two years, Rackspace has expanded its application services by acquiring TriCore and RelationEdge to strengthen its ERP application and Salesforce management capabilities.

RelationEdge’s launch in ANZ will help organisations implement, customise and integrate the Salesforce platform for marketing, sales, customer service and business operations.  With this expansion, Rackspace will deliver a complete solution for businesses looking to modernise their IT and will include the entire Application Services portfolio including Productivity, Customer Success, ERP, Database, BI, Digital Experience and business transformation services.

The ANZ expansion will be headed by Paul Milinkovic, Salesforce practice lead for ANZ at RelationEdge. The new ANZ presence will serve as a launch pad for further APAC expansion, with growth across the region expected on a country-by-country basis as well as in country development.

Matthew Stoyka, Vice President, Professional Services & Applications Revenue said: “RelationEdge is one of only 92 Salesforce platinum partners worldwide. With such a large Salesforce market in Australia, and with Salesforce APAC expecting to grow rapidly in the next few years, there is an increasing need for partners, like RelationEdge, to consult with customers to help optimise the Salesforce platform in ANZ businesses. Our unique ‘Process-First, Technology-Second’ approach to solving business problems, combined with Rackspace’s trusted IT services, will deliver an innovative customer experience to this new market from the outset.”

Darryn McCoskery, General Manager of Rackspace ANZ, said: “RelationEdge’s expansion into the APAC region positions Rackspace well by providing a higher order service that delivers the next level of process, engineering and integration between different cloud environments. Traditionally, Rackspace has been known for our application and infrastructure services, but now having RelationEdge in region brings new opportunities for us to work with Salesforce to start offering some of our largest and most important customers valuable integrations between their key digital platforms.”
