Principles

What we stand for

Our heritage in private and public cloud gives us the engineering depth and operational discipline we now extend across the enterprise AI stack. Throughout the relationship, you keep control of your data, your technology choices, where your AI runs and the intelligence you create. Rackspace integrates and operates what you entrust to us, with accountability that continues as technology and business needs change.

Choice

We meet customers where they are.

Whether you need core infrastructure and applications, accelerated compute and inference, or data and AI solutions, engage Rackspace at any layer of the enterprise AI stack and expand as your requirements evolve.

Accountability

Our responsibility continues beyond deployment.

We manage governance, security, reliability, observability, performance and cost as ongoing disciplines, and stay accountable for operating and improving your AI as models, platforms and usage grow.

Innovation

Innovation continues in production.

We evaluate emerging technologies and work with you to introduce capabilities that improve performance, cost efficiency and measurable value. Vendor-neutral and model-agnostic by design, we give you the flexibility to adopt what comes next.
