Yes. Rackspace Technology is a certified Palantir delivery partner. Palantir-certified Rackspace Forward Deployed Engineers scope, implement and operate Palantir Foundry and AIP use cases for enterprise customers on infrastructure Rackspace operates. 

A five-day, on-site engagement in which Rackspace Forward Deployed Engineers work with the customer’s team to scope, build and deploy a production-ready proof of value on Palantir Foundry and AIP using the customer’s own data. Deliverables include the working use case, a security and data governance assessment, a prioritized use case roadmap with ROI projections and the technical architecture. Duration can extend with complexity or environment access. 

Two components: Palantir platform licensing, which is usage-based, and the Rackspace Forward Deployed Engineering engagement, which is scoped and priced to the complexity of the use case validated during AgentCamp. 

Foundry is the enterprise data platform that connects systems and organizes data through the Ontology. AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform) connects generative and agentic AI to those operations, with governed access to a choice of models, agent tooling, human-in-the-loop controls and audit. 

In a private environment under the customer’s control, on Rackspace Private Cloud, public cloud or a hybrid of both, with Rackspace operating the infrastructure. Customer data is never used for external model training. 

Rackspace provides ongoing monitoring, optimization and support, and because each use case extends the Ontology, the next one starts from an expanded foundation. Most organizations move directly into a backlog of additional use cases.
